Question: We plan to buy FastMaint Standard for now. At a later date we want to upgrade to the multi-user Professional edition. Is this possible and how much does it cost to upgrade?
Answer:
Yes you can upgrade at a later date to the Professional or Web editions from the Standard edition. If done within 30 days of your original purchase you just pay the price difference. Otherwise you get an upgrade credit that can be used to reduce the price you pay to upgrade. The amount of credit will depend on how long ago you purchased the software. The same holds true for upgrading from say Professional (node locked license) to Professional (concurrent license).
Note: It is also possible to switch from FastMaint Standard, Professional or Web editions to the Cloud edition. In such cases you will need to send us a copy of your database to upload into your Cloud subscription.
