Maintenance Work Orders For Preventative (Planned) And Breakdown (Unplanned) Maintenance
Maintenance work orders are created off task templates based on a task's frequency settings. Planned maintenance tasks for preventative maintenance (frequency is "Daily", "Weekly", "Meter", etc.) are automatically scheduled by the system. Unplanned maintenance tasks for breakdown or other maintenance (frequency is "Unplanned" or "Alarm") are scheduled when you request them.
Work orders are pre-filled with the information from the task - reducing your data entry and making it easier to remember what needs to be done. Changes can be made to the work order to reflect different equipment/ parts/ people from the task. So if the work order needed fewer parts than the task specified you can adjust the quantity on the work order.
