How do I define maintenance tasks - Step 4 of 4 (FastMaint Web)

Enter instructions for doing the task:
Task instructions can be printed on work orders given to maintenance personnel. It can contain detailed instructions & pictures that can help them complete the maintenance work quickly & correctly.

1. Select the Instructions tab (pictured below).
2. You may enter formatted instructions, insert pictures and tables as well as links to external documents. Tip: Hold the mouse cursor over picture icons displayed in the tool bar for information about what each button does.

You can now save the task by selecting the Save button at the bottom.

Note: Once the task is created you can review & update all it's work orders by selecting the Work Orders button at the bottom left. Work order dates are calculated based on the frequency options specified for the task (Frequency tab).
