How do I update work order status (FastMaint Web)

This can be done in a variety of ways e.g.

1. Work order planned date is within the last week or so: Select All Work Orders on the home page. This will show all recent work orders. Identify the work order you want to update & open it.
   
   
2. You know the name of the maintenance task & the date: Open the task from the list of All Tasks. Click on the Work Orders button at the bottom left of the Task. Find the work order date from the list of work orders displayed. Open the work order and make your changes.
   
   
3. The work order is on an specific equipment or location: Open the equipment or location, select the Work Orders tab. This will show a list of all work orders on the Equipment/ Location. Select the work order and update it.
