How do I plan maintenance work & print work orders - Step 2 of 3 (FastMaint Basic/ Standard/ Professional)
Planning report options:On each of the numbered panels shown below -
- Work order period: We want a plan for the current week. Use the dropdown list to select other periods like "Next Week", "Next Month", "This Quarter" and so on. Alternatively you can enter a specific date range.
- Print options: Define a title & "letterhead" on each work order - useful if the work will be sub-contracted out. Select the appropriate report template you wish to use for the report. There are three built-in templates; List - get a list of work orders like a spreadsheet, Compact - print most work orders details, Detailed - print one work order per page in full work order format so that they can be easily distributed to maintenance personnel. Click on the Add/ Edit button to add more templates of your own to create custom work order reports.
- Restrictions: The right hand pane allows one to define report filters so that only qualifying work orders are in the plan.
