Get a report of all maintenance work done in a certain period - Step 1 of 3 (FastMaint Basic/ Standard/ Professional)
Depending on the type of maintenance history you wish to see you have a choice
of a variety of reports. All reports are available under the Reports menu
in the main window. Some useful reports are:
- Equipment History Report (Reports->Equipment->History): Check
maintenance history by equipment. Filter results by category, vendor, etc.
- Location History Report (Reports->Location->History): Check
maintenance history by location.
- Part History Report (Reports->Parts->History): Review parts
usage by work order.
- Maintenance History Report (Reports->Maintenance->Work Order
History): Get a report on all work orders done during a certain period.
Filter by equipment, categories, work order status, etc.
Equipment History Report: Start FastMaint.
Click on the Reports menu at the top of the main
window (pictured below). From the menu list that comes up, select the Equipment sub-menu. Then select the History. This will bring up an option
screen where you can specify selection criteria.
