Update one work order at a time (FastMaint Basic/ Standard/ Professional)
This can be done in a variety of ways e.g.
- Work order planned date is within the last week or so: Select the
Work Orders button on the main window. This will show all recent work
orders. Identify the work order you want to update & open it.
- You know the work order number: From the main window select the Find
button. Enter the work order number on the search screen that comes up. Search
for the work order & update it.
- You know the name of the maintenance task & the date: Open the
task from the list of tasks on the main window. Click on the Work Orders/ History button at the bottom left of the Task
screen Find the work order date from the list of task dates displayed. Open the work order and make your changes.
- The work order is for last/ this week on an specific equipment or
location: Open the equipment or location, select the Work Orders
tab. This will show a list of all work orders for last and this week. Select
the work order and update it.
Update multiple work orders at a time with Fast Feedback - Step 1 of 4 (FastMaint Professional)
Fast Feedback allows you to search for multiple work orders in a given period that satisfy
some specific criteria (pending status/ people assigned/ etc.) and update them.
To use
Fast Feedback you need to have
FastMaint Professional. Select the
Feedback button on the top toolbar to bring up the
Fast Feedback screen.
